We are excited to introduce our Client Loyalty Scheme for existing customers who are looking to remortgage with a new lender.
As part of this initiative:
This Loyalty Scheme allows us to strengthen our long-term relationships with our valued clients while ensuring you always have access to the best possible mortgage deals.
 
3-6 months before your fixed-rate mortgage expires, we will contact you to secure a new deal either with your existing mortgage lender or a new lender (if there is a more competitive deal elsewhere) , ensuring you’re protected in case interest rates rise. If rates drop after securing your new deal 3-6 months early, we will continue to monitor the market each month, throughout the 3-6 month remortgage window to help you secure an even better offer. We will also look to see if you need to raise equity for either home improvements, debt consolidation or even to buy a new home during this check in.
 
Unlike your current mortgage provider, who will not inform you of better options once you’ve secured a new deal, we will ensure you’re always aware of the most competitive rates available by reviewing the market on a monthly basis.
